Heart of Midlothian have agreed deals with Premiership stars James Penrice and Blair Spittal for next season and beyond.
The club have already secured Ross County playmaker Yan Dhanda on a pre-contract agreement and the versatile Livingston defender and Motherwell midfielder have followed suit.
Hearts beat league rivals and interest from England to agree terms with Penrice, who is set to join from Livi when his contract expires. The 25-year-old has spent the last three years in the Premiership with the West Lothian outfit following his move from Partick Thistle. He was wanted by a host of clubs when he entered the final six months of his deal but it is the Tynecastle Park side that have won the race.

Penrice will provide the squad with more versatility, capable of playing left-back, wing-back and wide attacker, plus in the centre of the pitch.
Meanwhile, Spittal is understood to have agreed a long-term deal to sign in the summer when his contract at Fir Park expires.
The 28-year-old has emerged as a key player for the Steelmen across the past two seasons. He has been one of the best-performing midfielders in the entire league this season and impressed when he faced Hearts earlier in the season at Tynecastle Park. Only Matt O'Riley and Daniel Armstrong have more assists than Spittal's nine in the Premiership this season.
