Heart of Midlothian have revealed the club's brand-new away kit - a celebration of shirts going back to the 1980s.

The design incorporates many different snippets from the 80s, 90, and noughties and is finished in the colour of the historic Tynecastle Park mosaic – one of the surviving remnants of the iconic Archibald Leitch Main Stand.

“It’s an exciting time at the club as we look towards the new season, with new signings being announced and, now, we get to reveal our brand new away kit," the club's chief executive Andrew McKinlay told the club's website. “We were delighted with the reaction to our home kit launch and we’re sure the away kit will receive just as warm a reception.

“I once again give my thanks to our friends at Umbro and Stellar Omada, and the team here at Hearts, for collaborating on such a striking kit.

“I look forward to watching our first team, women’s team and B team all taking to the pitch in it to represent Heart of Midlothian in season 2024/25.”

The kit will be worn with maroon shorts and light socks and will feature the club's new front-of-shirt sponsor Stellar Omada.

“It's been fantastic to see our new branding on the iconic maroon jersey recently, and now on the newly unveiled away kit," Stellar Omada managing director Colin Frame.

“Our collaboration with Hearts goes beyond just the kit. Initiatives like the Innovation Centre helped open up significant opportunities for our digital skills programme, Stellar Elevate.

“It’s an exciting time for both the club and Stellar Omada, and we can’t wait to see this kit adorned by the team on the road this season.”

The new away kit will go on sale from noon today (Thursday) and can be purchased online, from the club's shop at Tynecastle Park or from JD Sports.
