Craig Gordon will make Heart of Midlothian history when he features against Viktoria Plzen.
The 41-year-old maintains his place between the sticks in Steven Naismith's starting XI for the Europa League play-off first-leg tie in Czechia.
Zander Clark is not available due to a back injury. He started the first two games of the season before dropping to the bench against Falkirk.
Gordon will make his 23rd appearance for Hearts in European competition, becoming the outright leader of the most number of appearances in Europe for the club. He previously held the record with Henry Smith and Steven Pressley.
His debut in Europe for Hearts arrived back in 2003 as he put in an excellent display in the memorable UEFA Cup win over Bordeaux in France.
Naismith has made five changes from the side that lost 2-0 to Falkirk on Saturday in the Premier Sports Cup.
Hearts will come up against a European side with a formidable home record. Viktoria Plzen have only been beaten four times at home in their last 31 games. And the only sides to defeat them are Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Inter Milan.
