Heart of Midlothian are looking to get back to winning ways this evening after a difficult few weeks which produced some sobering experiences. Either side of the 4-1 defeat to Celtic at Tynecastle Park the team threw away points at home to Hibs and away to Rangers, conceding goals in quick succession.
In the Edinburgh derby, Hearts were cruising to three points until the concession of two goals in quick succession saw 2-0 become 2-2. At Ibrox, Steven Naismith's men were heading for three points at a venue they rarely win at, until a late James Tavernier penalty and even later Danilo goal.
At Tynecastle tonight Hearts face a Livingston side who have lost their last two matches, and supporters will be expecting their team to secure the three points. A victory could go a long way to lifting the mood music around Gorgie; drop points, and the pressure will be heaped on Naismith ahead of Sunday's League Cup semi-final.
Joel and James talk about the team selection, tactics and the Tynecastle crowd in today's briefing, and examine where Hearts can hurt Livi. You can watch the video in the player below.
